the contract was easy and all issues were fixed fairly quickly when they needed to be. we have used the same agency for our house for next year

My bedroom got mouldy so I had to get that fixed which was annoying but not sure if this reflects on the letting agency or the landlord. It got fixed quickly and hasn’t had issues since which is nice

Maintenance fixed issues quickly, and our house looks just like the photos – the company took us on tours of houses we were interested in so we could see them in real life.

the letting agency was easy to work with and sent over forms well ahead of time. only slight issue was that they sent over the wrong banking details so this had to be changed, but the employees were very helpful in doing this.

I am very happy with how Easy Lettings handled securing my house for next year. They are always quick to respond when you contact them with inquiries and are generally very helpful. The house is very well maintained, it has everything my group was looking for at a very good price.

Showed us lots of houses and all their listing online have a virtual tour which is amazingly useful. However they’re not great at replying to emails quickly or providing useful replies but if you call them up they’re very quick to help. Overall i would recommend just be prepared to use phone calls regularly

The house we stayed it in was in mediocre condition and was in dire need of a refurb. The kitchen was pretty horrible and the whole house was susceptible to mold. The lettings agents were pretty quick to respond to any needs we may of had but they were sometimes difficult in their communication. One of these came when we were trying to move out and they weren’t exactly helpful when we asked for a hour or two of an extension prior to moving into our new house.

Easy lettings have been incredibly fast with sorting out issues such as blocked drains and replacing lost keys and have often resolved things the next working day Before moving in we were provided with a contract and made aware of our rights as tenants.

Letting agency let us meet up with the landlord very quickly for a look around the house. The house was maintained well and the communications were clear and reliable. Most of the contact happened between us and the landlord, Easy Lettings was the ‘middle man’ of the operation. I cannot speak for the experience of living in the house as we haven’t moved it yet, but we are very excited to move into the house later this year.

The house was maintained by the agency amazingly, they were very quick to fix any issues. The house was in good condition and we didn’t encounter any major issues. Getting the deposit back for our house was a struggle but we did get there in the end

Easy lettings provided quick clear instructions regarding moving in, the contract. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within the day or two, and issues are always solved quickly- apart from less urgent requests such as removing the spare desks from the kitchen!

When we first moved into our house in July we had a couple of issues with things like cracked tiles in bathrooms and a broken chair but by the time we moved in officially at the start of september most of this was all fixed. On top of this easy lettings were fast to come out to our home when we had issues with the boiler, a suspected gas leak and a mirror falling down. They allow anyone living in the house to message on issues they are having rather than only contacting the lead tenant. So far we have lived with easy lettings for 5months and it is going well.

They were great with finding affordable accomodation, however when we moved in our house was dirty so we had to clean it. They will reply to emails only when it helps the company but They are very useful over the phone.

Every issue we’ve had , the landlord has sorted within the day. Haven’t had a single issue with them and have found them very helpful.

With being in first year situated in university provided accommodation, I’ve have little interaction with our letting agency for year 2 apart from viewing houses and organising the tenants contract. Regarding the house viewings they were incredibly helpful and informative as we went back multiple times to revisit some of the properties. When completing the paperwork it was less thorough. Correspondence seemed to be lacking and certain steps were unclear, leading to stress which could have been avoided.

Took 3 weeks to have someone fix broken wifi. Washing machine was leaking and maintenance looked at this and never fixed it. Some of the maintenance fixes have been poor for example superglue to fix broken taps rather than replacements as well as shower system in house being poor and not being sorted after multiple complaints

Easy lettings on the whole have been good across the period of tenancy. We have had the same house for two years and haven’t had many issues. A few issues with broken appliances, but were all fixed. They were a bit slow on one or two issues but all issues did eventually get sorted. The admin has been relatively easy when it came to sorting out the lease and renewing it. The house is good and is reasonably priced and well equipped with appliances. No major issues and would recommend using.

The house was maintained in great condition by the letting agency. All problems were resolved promptly especially more regent matters. The agency always responded to queries and questions regarding the house, contract and any payments that were missed or overdue. Very good!

Issues with the house were dealt with relatively quickly, the lettings agency was always quick to respond to queries and emails we sent to them. Some of the contractors used to fix things in the house were messy and did sub-par work but on the whole as I said mostly everything was sorted quickly and without too much fuss. The contract was easy to sort and we were given all the information needed to organise it quickly. The website and virtual tours were helpful when deciding which house to go for. All in all a decent experience

Easy lettings did take the time to resolve issues that arose in our house. However, this often took a little while and some improvements that were promised didn’t actually occur. Having said that, they offered good value for money and were easy to get hold of via email
