Our letting agents have been very quick to attend to any problems in our house and have been very friendly throughout our experience. We have rented with them for a year and will continue to do so for the next year as well. They have always been very understanding regarding any issues we have had and I would recommend them to others who are planning to rent houses in Belfast.

Currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Belfast and the agents have been very helpful throughout the year. I would definitely rent off them again. When we had an issue with the boiler they were very easy to contact and sent someone out immediately. They are also very professional, giving prior warning to every visit and viewing as well as contacting us when there is anything to be made aware of in the building.

Communication was generally good, and my queries were answered quickly. However, although responses were prompt, action did not always follow, which was frustrating at times. Overall, a mixed experience with good communication but room for improvement when it comes to resolving issues.

I have been with lairds for 2 years now. They have been good at something. One accident last year, our fire alarm kept going off (we live in a flat so they are 3 other floors) and the room downstairs where all our meters were was Smokey, we had to call the firefighters. None of us could get in contact with lairds on there so called “emergency number”. Lucky they’re was nothing happened the firefighters investigated and it just went away.
Also we have had an ongoing issue with our roof in leaking since we moved in, it was “fixed” so many times but it kept happening again. Until this year we had a really bad leak and it hasn’t happened again.
Other than this, lairds have been good and we do like our house.

I had a really positive experience with this estate agent. Their communication was really good – clear updates, quick responses, and no chasing needed. I always felt informed about what was happening, which made the renting process smooth and stress free.

Helpful when something need fixed and are quick at responding to emails however their customer service is poor. Quality of house is okay.

The process of getting the flat to rent was easy but nowhere near enough bins for the building.
