The house was not really maintained by the letting agency, the landlord handled any of our issues. When me and my flatmates were signing contracts, I had input my email incorrectly and re letting had set up our NI security deposit with the wrong email. Told me it was my issue to fix. Emailed them multiple times but they didn’t really help. Ended up revoking my tenancy three months before the end date due to the overflow of black mould in the house. Landlord tried to fix the mould but was not successful. Agency was pretty irrelevant once we signed the contract.
