We’ve used them this year and signed again with them next year as any issues they’re quick to fix – our fridge broke and they replaced it next day and also were happy to accommodate our requests for next years house been helpful and speedy to reply if we have had any issues.
Usually pretty good at replying to messages and requests. Wonder how strict they will be about deposits ? Fixed my radiator same week I asked.
Quick fixes most of the time. I like the people who work there they are friendly. My house has sometimes had issues though

Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe bad. They fix some things quick but other things are very slow.
I have rented 2 separate properties from Avtar over the course of my second and third years, coming away delighted with their service. From personable staff, to nice properties, and quick repairs/replacements, they have fulfilled their role as landlords. I would recommend them to anyone renting a student property in Leeds.
Decent overall. Rooms a bit messy and broken when moving in but fast communications and strong speed
The letting are quick at replying, with new matresses and carpets. thr kicthen was supplied with new appliances. there has been some issues but they’re quick to respond.
Really good letting agent. When I arrived the house was in really good condition with new mattresses and carpets. Provided a big TV in living room. Maintenance is responsive and fix any problems quickly.
The letting agency have been quick to deal with issues and have sent people over to fix issues within the day or the next following day. The house however, did not come with some of the essential things such as chairs in rooms, a microwave, or bins. When contacting them they did sort the chairs out straight away. The house was in a decent condition when moving in and was very clean.
When first moving into the house, the units and carpets were dirty and were eventually cleaned by the cleaners from the agency. However, the agency is quick at responding to any queries we have and ensures someone comes out as soon as possible. One improvement I’d suggest for the agency is letting us know when they are coming around, as quite a few times we’ve had maintenance walk in without any warning.
