I was thoroughly impressed with the letting agency’s commitment to ensuring that any issues with the rental property were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Their proactive approach to maintenance and repairs meant that I always felt comfortable and well taken care of in my home. Additionally, their high standards for property quality meant that I was able to enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained living space throughout my tenancy.

The letting agency was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff made the process of finding and renting a property incredibly easy and stress-free. I felt like they truly cared about finding the right property for me, and their level of communication and responsiveness was outstanding.

Although the letting agency was able to find a suitable rental property for me, the process was marred by some unresponsiveness and a lack of transparency regarding fees and charges. While I was eventually able to get the information I needed, the experience left me feeling somewhat frustrated.

I’m in a 4 bedded with en-suites, it is on the pricey side but the house is nice. Some appliances aren’t amazing – kettle/microwave/toaster. And some houses have a TV in each room and we didn’t. Also some finishing touches lacking, but generally it’s a really nice place, despite the crap wifi, and it’s definitely very nice for a student house.

Ashcourt is a great residency never had any problems
