Arden were very good to deal with during our tenancy. The initial process in attaining the flat and providing guarantor information was perhaps lengthier than my experiences with previous letting agents. However, during the tenancy they were quick to solve any issues. I also feel as if we were overcharged for the cleaning costs at the end of the tenancy which resulted in us getting a large chunk of our deposit taken from us.
