its been ok not great but not bad either. I would say they take their time to fix things.

Very good company, super friendly staff and the house has had it’s issues but maintenance have been coming out slowly to sort all the issues. Just could be a little quicker with the maintenance but it does get done after a couple weeks.

House in kensington fields for a great price and nice house. Lots of maintenance issues that don’t get resolved even when being chased up.

Do not recommend at all. We had mice for an entire year that was never resolved. Landlord trying to take deposit off us for damage that was already there when we moved in .

House was maintained very well, with reasonable pricing. Only problem was it took a while to fix my sink.

The house being rented to us was good and spacious. However all rooms were not the same size despite paying the same rent. And they were bad at telling us about viewings and inspections
