Philip Evans – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

Philip Evans can be great, however in order to get things done sometimes they need to be chased about it, we didn’t have a working washing machine for weeks because they said they’d send someone out to do it and they never did, they can also be slow at replying to emails, however rent is affordable and they are friendly.

We haven’t had any major issues with Philip Evans, they’ve been quick to help us when we are locked out of our rooms (free of charge), but our washing machine and one of our taps were broken and we had to email them multiple times and in the end just went into their office. It’s a very nice house though which was renovated over the summer.

We were without a washing machine that was not only out of order but also locking clothes inside, contacted numerous times and was eventually sorted but shouldn’t take months of pestering for something simple to be fixed!! Would also ignore messages sometimes too but when they responded they responded…

Alright but a little rude with us about parking , the house really does feel like home though and it’s a cozy place to live.

It’s a decent estate agent who has come to help fix things when broken. The house is nice, all rooms are big, but the houses are old, and they can take ages with emails.

We’ve had a good experience with Philip Evans Estate. There was a few small issues with the house at first, but after speaking to them in person, everything was eventually sorted. They’re also really helpful whenever we accidentally lock ourselves out – always quick to help and never charge for it.

Philip Evans is quick to respond to our emails and provide solutions to our concerns/problems. The house is maintained well with a few issues.

The flat was in great condition when we moved in. Overall, they’re a great letting agency. They can be a bit slow to fix issues, but if you stay on them, they get around to it.
