A1 provided an adequate service but the house was different to the advertisement, fortunately, the landlords themselves have been more helpful.

They were okay at replying but they did not make some things regarding the house clear and we didn’t hear much from them after we gave in our deposits etc. They didn’t make the bill package clear so we were left confused.

I was in a house it was a house that’s for sure, guess it helped me live in uni

They were quick with the application process and helped us fill in all the required forms. Anything else since then has been through the landlord, but A1 was helpful throughout searching for a house in general.
