We had a few issues with appliances being faulty when moving in and some items missing from the inventory but they were quick to help.

My experience with Sinclair Properties has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, they were quick to respond to maintenance issues and the location of the property was convenient for me. However, there were some drawbacks. Communication could have been better, as I sometimes felt like I was left in the dark about important matters. Additionally, the property could have been cleaner upon move-in. Overall, while there were some hiccups, Sinclair Properties provided a decent living experience.
