We signed our house through oasis to later find out this was our actual landlord / letting agency.
This agency is family run and are known in the Leeds area for trying to withhold students deposits. I had to move out for about two weeks due to the house basement rooms flooding. They offered no help with accommodation for that period and made a partial refund of rent not including bills.
When we came back after summer the basement rooms were covered in mould and all our bedding had to get thrown out and the landlord blamed the tenants despite the fact the basements humidity problems stemmed from the leak into the basement bathroom.
Any issue we had took a long time to sort out and we would really have to push to get the agency to do anything.
This agency change their name every year or two to try and avoid the bad reviews that follow them so please be aware of this. They are based next to Victoria social.
