Overall they are pretty useless. We contacted them multiple times about maintenance issues in the house throughout the year. Occasionally they would send someone to sort things out but with more serious things such as a large leak in one of the bedrooms they made it very difficult. They claimed that they were sending someone but no one would show up. After many angry phone calls the leak was finally fixed after about 4 months after damaging items in my housemates bedroom. In addition, we received the house in an unacceptable state and they refused to clean it. Still 4 months after the end of the tenancy we have not received our damage deposit back.
