The house was in a bit of a state; we had multiple toilet and shower issues, a leak into one of the middle-floor bedrooms somehow, as well as a heating issue that went unresolved for a week. They were relatively responsive and quick to come and fix things, apart from the heating issue. No issues getting our deposit back, though they did take 50 quid from each of us as cleaning fees, even though we left the house in the state we found it. Overall, the number of issues with the house makes me think that they cut corners around maintenance. Also the guys that come to fix issues dont have a scooby doo what theyre doing half the time and leave the areas theyve worked on a mess.
