House maintained brilliantly. Super clean when we moved in. Any issues were sorted incredibly quickly, any problems you could ring/go into their office at any time and were incredibly friendly. Highly reccomend

House was given in great condition, newly refurbished. They were quick to answer any queries and deposit was given back quickly at the end of tenancy. Didn’t pester us and only contacted us when necessary.

Overall a good student letting agency. The house was clean and mostly free from any issues. If any issues did arise we would send a maintenance request which would be dealt with in a timely manner. We also recieved the deposit back after our lease ended pretty quickly which wasn’t the same for a lot of other agencies

Overall a good student letting agency. Emails were sent before entering the house to check fire alarms/fulfil maintenance requests. All maintenance requests were dealt with promptly. Deposit was recieved pretty quickly once our tenency ended.

The best letting company you can go with in Leeds. Maintenance is easy to report and quick and houses are all well furnished and modern compared to rest of Hyde Park but then that is shown in their rent prices. If you can afford it then definitely go with them.

Our house was maintained very well throughout the year. When we moved in everything was clean and working. If we had maintenance requests they were very quick to be fixed and we always had enough warning for when people would be entering the house. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. All six of us tenants received our deposits back. (When we moved in someone has to queue to pick up all the keys which can take up to an hour for behind as they have a lot of houses in the area).

The house charges rent on a monthly basis. They respond to issues we raise really quickly and well and tend to fix most of the problems to a high satisfactory level. Communication between my housemates and them is really good and we have a strong relationship with the tenant

It was very easy process to sign our contract for our house on Victoria Road in Leeds. The house was in excellent condition and the agent was very fast at sending through the contract for us to sign.

Beyond lettings have been a pleasure to have as our agency. The speed in which any issues get resolved is amazing sand the standard of the houses is the highest I’ve seen in my three years at Leeds. They really have luxury student homes compared to most.

The house was in very good order when we arrived, everything well maintained and clean. They have been very quick to resolving all our issues.

Very well maintained house however poor construction let to lots of issues included mould in the basements rooms which took months of them ‘cleaning’ which just involved painting over the mould repeatedly until many items in the room were ruined and then they finally fixed the problem. The house was okay, furnishing were basic , bedrooms very small and not great. Overall a decent letting agency that had fairly quick responses and communication.

I was with Beyond Lettings in Leeds last year and I will say they are a great company to go for. The house was modern, spacious and clean when we arrived. The house came fully furnished (kettle, toaster, microwave and so on). Any issues we had we could report them easily on their app and they would normally be dealt with the next day by workers that were polite and knew what they were doing. Beyond Lettings do tend to charge more than average, yet you get what you pay for. Full deposit paid back with no issues. I would definitely recommend them!
