It was very easy process to sign our contract for our house on Victoria Road in Leeds. The house was in excellent condition and the agent was very fast at sending through the contract for us to sign.

Beyond lettings have been a pleasure to have as our agency. The speed in which any issues get resolved is amazing sand the standard of the houses is the highest I’ve seen in my three years at Leeds. They really have luxury student homes compared to most.

The house was in very good order when we arrived, everything well maintained and clean. They have been very quick to resolving all our issues.

House was maintained well, newly renovated which was very modern. Prompt replies and fixes to any issues. Had a mouse which was dealt with very quickly. Landlord was very reasonable to any issues, highly recommend

Beyond are very quick to sort issues and would readily recommend them. Communication is easy and we have enjoyed our year.

Very well maintained house however poor construction let to lots of issues included mould in the basements rooms which took months of them ‘cleaning’ which just involved painting over the mould repeatedly until many items in the room were ruined and then they finally fixed the problem. The house was okay, furnishing were basic , bedrooms very small and not great. Overall a decent letting agency that had fairly quick responses and communication.

I was with Beyond Lettings in Leeds last year and I will say they are a great company to go for. The house was modern, spacious and clean when we arrived. The house came fully furnished (kettle, toaster, microwave and so on). Any issues we had we could report them easily on their app and they would normally be dealt with the next day by workers that were polite and knew what they were doing. Beyond Lettings do tend to charge more than average, yet you get what you pay for. Full deposit paid back with no issues. I would definitely recommend them!
