Based on what I heard about the accommodation policies in cases of theft, damages to rooms or general issues, I think that rooms are overly expensive and staff should be more professional in handling these situations
Decent
Other than the prices Westfield is decent and feels like I’m living in a hotel.
The accommodation itself is good, I am enjoying my own space. The only thing is that I am having a bit of issues with a disruptive flatmate (s).
Issues with flat can be slow to solve, upon arriving at my accommodation my room was dirty, none of the furniture was where it was supposed to be and I was pretty convinced the cleaning agency didn’t clean my room at all. I myself ended up cleaning the room and the issues were mostly resolved. Response time to issues with the flat can be slow on occasion as well as random, unless reported as an emergency then response time is good.
Very solid accommodation that gets cleaned weekly. The 24-hour staff and gates make the area feel very safe. Additionally needing card access to enter any of the accommodation buildings and then the flat adds extra security. There are cheaper options but this is much nicer than other accommodations would be. Some of the furniture has been put together in a rush or just not fully. I have to lift up other drawers in order to close or open another one but other than that everything is good. The kitchens weren’t cleaned when we initially moved in, and the bedroom was very dusty and a little dirty. Quick to clean though. Nothing was of poor standard.
