When I moved in the house, everything was set out correctly and organised, they were only a few minor issues such as the microwave having to be changed.

The accommodation itself is great, modern, clean, and well-maintained. Sometimes the Wi-Fi can be slow during peak hours. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Moving here took all the stress out of student accommodation. No worrying about bills, the facilities are well-maintained, and any issues get resolved quickly. It’s safe, clean, and the perfect place to focus on studies.

Everything about this place is great, the staff, the location, the facilities. My room is spacious, and the bed is actually comfortable! I love that there are organized social events but also quiet areas for studying. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in different accommodations before, but this one is by far the best. The staff genuinely care about the students, and any concerns are handled quickly. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the on-site amenities make life so convenient. 10/10 would recommend!

The best thing about this accommodation is its location, just minutes away from campus, grocery stores, and public transport. The common areas are always clean, and my room is spacious with plenty of storage. It’s definitely worth the price!

From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed. The management team goes out of their way to support students, and the security is excellent. The social spaces are great for meeting new people, and overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience here!

I’ve had no issues living here. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the security is excellent, and the laundry facilities are easy to use. It’s so close to campus, which makes life a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend it!

The study spaces are quiet and great for getting work done, but there are also plenty of social areas to relax in. It’s the perfect balance, and I love the student community here.

The best part is that it’s close to campus and shops. However, it can get really noisy at night, especially on weekends. Not great if you need peace and quiet.

Considering the facilities, security, and location, this place is well worth the price. The staff are approachable, and any issues are handled quickly. My experience has been nothing but positive.

It a good living space, and the rent prices are reasonable but I just feel like they could do better in responding to enquiries.

The accommodation is good, it’s kept really well and I haven’t found any major issues with the flat at all. When queries are made, they are amended and resolved really quickly, which is efficient.

Great accommodation.

Lovely size room and it was almost clean when I came. They got rid of mould that I saw from the previous tenant before I arrived. The kitchen is a nice size. I wish I had another fridge but it’s okay. The washing machine is tiny. They come quickly to fix things. I do wish they didn’t have viewings so early because, in my last year, I won’t have a choice but to wait through them. The place is cosy, the cleaners clean the common areas very well. The mattress for my bed is a bit uncomfortable. The desk in my room is a nice size.

UPP has proven great so far. There is nothing to complain all problems are normally solved in an acceptable time frame.

The flat is a secure environment. When it came to queries regarding the living space, they were able to come back within 1-2 working days to help resolve issues. It’s all very hands on deck with the UQ team, they are knowledgeable and understanding and are helpful to all students.
