The flat is very well maintained and we are helped quickly when we have problems that need solved. We are always kept up to date on if anyone is coming to do repairs or anything to the flat as well

West End Lettings has been a helpful letting agency who are always quick on responses and try to get issues sorted smoothly.

Always met with great service and quick responses to any queries. Amy is very lovely and sorts everything out quickly.

The flat was very clean when we first moved but not very well equipped. We had to request a hoover, thermostat and fridge etc. but they were very responsive in providing them. Shortly into our time living there the flat became very damp because of issues with the windows and ceilings so we had mold growing on the windows and mushrooms growing on the floor but both issues were solved quickly. Most problems were solved within 3 days of requesting and they were responsive landlords. The letting agency provided an explanation of the contract and we knew our rights as tenants. We did not get our full deposit back and it was not justified as we ended up receiving more after the dispute. They charged us £700 for cleaning services including a ‘dishwasher’ that we didn’t have and a washing machine that was a week old. Charges for cleaning of cupboards, carpets and windows however was justified. Overall they were a responsive and professional letting agency, just be cautious with the deposit.

Flat had been maintained well upon move in. Agents are all friendly and helpful. However, email response rate is very bad. We had to constantly send further emails and chase our agent to help solve problems. Similar issue with joiners (via the agent), if you don’t email again about the problem it will never be fixed. However after being persist everything gets fixed to a high standard.

perfect place to live, Zero Faults the flat is perfect and the agency makes it so easy to pay for rent and utilities etc

West end letting have been fantastic and accommodating for us by resolving issues, providing great communication and support in terms of safety etc. Would defo recommend!
