The flat has been maintained well by the letting agency. The flat provided all the essentials we needed including much more, in particular kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Occasionally we have had things broken and also a mouse issue and the agency have often been fairly slow at responding to these issues.
Apart from that we are happy with our flat and agency and wish to stay in it for longer.

Great letting agency. Fast and efficient communication with a 24/7 point of contact. Any issues have been resolved within a day.

The flat is maintained okay by the letting agent however there are a lot of issues with the flat that have not been addressed. We submit issues through a portal however it usually takes a long period of time to actually get problems resolved and often requires a lot of chasing up. We had a problem with mice which the letting agent claimed was our own fault so we paid out of pocket for our own pest control. When the problem persisted we had to reference the law and our tenancy agreement to get any action.

We were with same letting agent at previous flat and got full deposit back minus the cost of a set of keys that needed cut.

Not bad tbf, great gaff. Did have a toilet issue but it got resolved. We’ve also got killer recliner sofas. SB

Really disappointing experience with this letting agency. Communication was consistently poor, with emails and calls often ignored or taking far too long to receive a response. Whenever an issue came up with the property, it felt like we had to chase them repeatedly before anything was actually done.

The whole process felt unorganised and unnecessarily stressful. There seemed to be very little urgency when dealing with problems, despite tenants being expected to respond immediately whenever the agency needed something.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them. A letting agency should make renting easier for tenants, not leave them constantly chasing for basic communication and support.
