The staff are all nice and helpful when in contact but it can often be difficult to get in touch as not one agent is designated to you so you end up often repeating yourself.

We also have had some difficulty arranging dates for inspection as they would not send us this via email and when they arranged an appointment with one flatmate and would ignore our WhatsApp communication.

Overall the flat is kept well but the communication is sometimes challenging.

Flat was maintained well and problems were acted on quickly after reporting. Contract was very clear and explained well, and we had no issues with getting our deposit back.
