ARONA Properties Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

Omar always replies to any queries I have in quick time. Any issues that require a visit to the flat by the landlord or a contractor are always communicated appropriately and they are courteous when accessing the flat. My rights as a tenant etc were all outlined clearly in the tenant agreement, and I would trust Omar to clarify any of these rights if they were relevant. All things such as meter readings and inventory when moving into the flat were recorded very effectively, leaving no room for dispute or misinterpretation when ending the tenancy agreement. Overall ARONA properties and Omar are a great letting agency.
