Aj Dhillon Properties Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

The letting agency did a great job of getting the flat ready for me and my 3 other flat mates to move in.

Lived with AJ for 3 years, while he is very charming in person he utterly irresponsible in his general actions.
In my 3 years:
Late submission of deposit to a Safe Deposit Scheme
Broke boiler that was never replaced
Broken double glazing that was never replaced
A window stopped locking so he just drilled the window permanently shut
A contract with illegal clauses in it
Never provided any electrical or Gas safety certificates.
