I had a really good experience with the letting agent. The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish, and communication was great throughout. They were quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at each stage, which made everything stress-free and easy to understand. Overall, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to other students looking for accommodation!

Poor process for getting the house, lots of mistakes through the process. Items broken when arrived.they are quick to fix issues however and it is easy to report problems.

House is great and star student lettings are great as they leave us with very little to do by managing the house so well. They are very quick to get back to enquires such as problems in the house

House was okay, cracks in walls and bathrooms flood easily. Rooms all good sizes bar one. Water pressure was good in one bathroom but in the others was terruble
