ELC have been slow and difficult to communicate with. We have had a host of problems with our flat, some of which remain unsolved. There seems to be a general lack of motivation to make our accomodation a better and easier place to live, and we’ll often have to ask multiple times for issues to be addressed.
The flat I am renting at the moment is clearly not of the best nick and should’ve went under serious redevelopment before I moved in. To be fair the ELC they have been responsive and active to our complaints
