Ben Property Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

Bens property were a good letting agency to deal with. We approached them needing a flat in Edinburgh within a 2 week timeframe. They act and respond to emails fast.

One negative I have is they do not send the inventory list until the day of move in. This isn’t ideal as we looked to prepare for move in prior to this, but did not know what we required to furnish the flat.

nice property and easy to rent – slightly ambigious on the bills side of things and how the rest of the property is managed
