Quick response time. Good and trustworthy. Responsive. Would recommend. All our problems have been fixed and we are listened to. The house is good, no problems with usual mould or damp. Managing director is very helpful. One of the better Estate Agents in Durham. I have had a good experience.

As a house we’ve had a great experience with Nicholas Humphreys. Any issue has been resolved quickly with minimal issues. They’re very good at emailing us about any changes to our contract especially with renting laws changing this year they’ve made sure that we know our rights. They also make sure that outside of term time they check the house to make sure there isn’t any issues.

Nicholas Humphries has been very helpful and quick to solve any maintenance issues or answer any questions we had. We did not get a full return of our deposit last year, some reasons felt a bit harsh but overall, we got most of our deposit back.

As I’m a fresher, I’ve not had much experience with the letting agent as of yet. But so far they’ve been very helpful with making sure we pay our deposit by the correct date and all sign the forms in time to be able to secure the flat. They’ve also communicated with us how we should pick up the keys before moving in. Thus so far it has been a positive experience.
