Few problems with mould in several rooms. Few problems with showers and bathroom. General house is okay and good location

Clear communication from the start and set a reasonable price for what was included in the house. Any queries were answered in a timely manner and the standard of the house was good (no mould, appliances in good condition etc)

Jaggers was an attentive and reasonably priced landlord, his prices were far better and reasonable than other landlords. He actually knew his tenants and his properties were well looked after.

Any issues we had were seen to quickly. They weren’t always permanent fixes but they always managed to make it work. The tenancy contract was very clear. Would really recommend to students looking for housing next year.
