Quick as solving any issues we have, such as a new washing machine. Provide clearness twice a term to clean shared spaces. Good but exoensive
Look after us well, quick email replies to help sort any of our concerns. Very helpful and always try and do what they can to sort any concerns
We had quite a new house, but stuff broke quite a lot and the agency was quick to blame most of it on us even when we were not responsible for the damage. Other than that however they were very nice, gave us proper notice when visiting the property, and were generally helpful in other matters.
