The house was dirty when we moved with things like dirty toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom and underwear in drawers. The bins from the previous tenant weren’t emptied so full of maggots. Every time we had a maintenance issue (a lot) they would say the contractor is coming to sort it out and never did. We had things like doors hanging off hinges from when we moved in for month without getting fixed. Half way through the year we were told we can no longer use one of our two showers since it’s leaking into the shop downstairs. We then had 1 shower between 7 people. At the end of the year we were charged a cleaning fee despite leaving the house much cleaner than when we moved in.
Great communication lovely property payment easy too do and paperwork given directly to us would recommend
