The house when we first moved in wasn’t very clean, but after asking they gave it a good clean throughout. At times they can be slow to respond and act upon requests we ask of them. But the house has got everything we need
When one of my housemates arrived at the house 1 day after we were officially allowed to move in he was not allowed to enter due to a deep clean being completed. He had to stay in and pay for a hotel due to not being about to get into the house and living far away. When he was allowed in the house was still filthy looking like a clean didn’t properly take place.
