One good thing about STP lettings is that the property was a good property, in a good location, with a fair price. Although it was definitely difficult to reach the landlord, who would only contact us occasionally claiming that rent payments had not been paid, when they had! The maintenance manager was difficult to get through to, and often forgot about our requests and didn’t address them for months.
