Belvoir Brighton – Student Reviews

This has got to be the worse agents in Brighton. We viewed a place and they promised that we’d be able to move in within a week, as some of our housemates’ contracts already ended and they were practically homeless…Ended up waiting for about a month. The house was ran down even though they spent that month doing repairs and maintenance. Within the first month we had a leak in the bathroom upstairs making the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom to collapse. It took I’ve half the year for them to address both issues. During that time they expected 5 of us to share one bathroom (downstairs) (even though we signed a contract for 2 bathrooms). Given we couldn’t use a bathroom where the ceiling has collapsed, we continued using the upstairs one (that was still leaking after about half a year and it was reported at the very start) and they ended up eventually taking the showerhead, then changed the whole tap so we couldn’t attach another shower head (no heads up that any of this was being done). I could go on more but the lack of accountability, professionalism, courtesy and respect was major from this company. Never use them to get a house or they’ll take your money and basically leave you in a bando😭
