Our house is maintained very well with quick response to any issues. They are reliable and understanding. The house was clean and in a good state but it looked rushed and cheap. Things like skirting boards not on, very loose shelves but nothing to complain about. The house was recently renovated which was nice. Definitely cannot fault the letting agents but only negative to say is that we’re not told about our rights as tenants and our deposit was very high at 6 weeks of rent per person.
