They are amazing with problems. Very fast to help resolve. Gave us new utilities when we had issues.
Renting a house which has needed some things replaced. These have been done quickly and with no issues at all. Very fast responses and very helpful.
Not amazing with maintenance, sometimes come quickly but don’t sort other things – got a new tv even though the other worked before fixing a leak or extractor fans
Uni Homes Letting Agents provided an excellent service throughout my tenancy. Communication was quick and clear, maintenance requests were dealt with promptly, and the staff were always professional and approachable. The whole process of finding and securing a property was straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable student housing.
