Property Solutions found us a house in quick time, and we signed quickly. However, the house had mould and the landlord just gave me a dehumidifier. The landlord would come round to fix problems, but often made them worse until a handyman was called. One of the bedrooms was inside the kitchen, and none of the bedrooms had proper fire doors.

Gohari lettings are a great landlord, they are family run, all houses I’ve seen are in amazing condition and responses to maintenance issues are quick and efficient. Would hugely recommend!!

The agent has been quick to respond to queries. They have replaced fence panels that blew down in the wind. I would recommend.

Lovely properties and always felt supported by the landlords. If you had a problem, they would come out same day and resolve it immediately!
