House was in good condition when we moved in however I move in date was delayed slightly so not everything was ready when we moved in. We have been looked after during our tenancy. We haven’t finished our lease yet so have not received deposit back.

The house is maintained well but there are a few issues present, as well as a general laziness when it comes to fixing issues that pop up. No extractor fans in either bathroom coupled with no windows in either bathroom leading to copious amounts of mould hasn’t been dealt with after numerous complaints. However, an extractor fans was installed in the kitchen after a few months.

Our contractual agreement was clear, and we were even able to shorten our lease by a month as we are switching property.

Overall we are happy enough with the house all things considered.
