Pobl – Student Reviews On Letting Agent

I don’t enjoy the inspections. My flat burnt down last year and they took all of our deposit, even though the boy who set fire to the kitchen admitted it was him. Apart from this incident, they have been quick to rectify issues and replace broken utilities.

Shower didn’t work for first 6 months we complained untill they completed it. They also didn’t fix two draw in the kitchen. Didn’t come equipped with basics. Bedroom nice size for money and good amount of storage space. Nice view from kitchen.

Only been there for a few weeks but so far everything has been really good and fast to fix. My room is a good size and has everything including plenty of storage. The kitchen is the perfect size for 4 people. The only down side is the small shower. It’s quite small and hard to easily wash. Additionally, the shower is attached to the wall which is hard to shower with. Other than that amazing, friendly and good for money.

So far I have really like pobl however although the location is beautiful it quite far from anything. There is no parking unless ypur in certain buildings and then if your not you are not allowed to park in them even if they don’t fill them. The shower is not the best. Very small and stuck to the wall. Other than that kitchen and poundage area are nice and rooms are spacey
