Any problems we’ve had has been resorted asap. As a house of 5 girls , it feels safe and the landlords have been understanding. Weve had problems with water and gas – quick to resolve. The cleanliness wasnt very good when we moved in, nor was the furniture. But we reported the furniture and had replacements etc. overall a good and respectful letting agent.
The house and service is very good and accommodating. Very easy to contact and sort issues as well as lovely accommodation
