At the start of the renting process, they were great and were very responsive and helping with anything. But now we have to wait a long time for them to respond to queries and they never answer their phone so you either have to contact them by mail or go there. They do a good job of repairs and are very friendly tho.
Take too long to answer emails and the house was left in a bad condition at the start. no lights in the bathroom, the flooring was still under repairs, no wifi and there was not even a warning about the bad signal. we had to take so much time to get it all fixed and when we did there was flooding in our kitchen but at least for this one they responded quite fast. you have to be very patient.
Many faults within the house, very poor communication, won’t pick up the phone and respond to email whenever they feel like it.
The start of the tenancy was rough with a lot of issues such as incomplete flooring, no lights in the bathroom, broken chairs and some other issues which we had to get fixed by them but their response time was awful. We had to shower in the dark for 2 weeks. Also, they never answer their phones and take a very long time to answer their email.

They were pretty responsive at the start and got us to sign the lease as fast as possible, but when it came to getting the keys, we had to go through a tedious, longer process. Then, when we got the house, there were a lot of issues with it, and then we contacted them. They took so long to get everything fixed. Their emails are always clogged, so they reply very late and rarely answer calls, so your best bet is to go there. They are friendly, though.

They are good people and help you with any query you have but you need a lot of patience when dealing with them because they don’t respond to calls and emails are answered after a long time. The properties they offer are good but a bit old so if you’re looking for newer look elsewhere.
