Unipol Student Homes – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

The flat I live in is maintained promptly and effectively. If there is ever a problem I send an email to my landlord and they are always quick to have things fixed/looked at. I didn’t look into my rights in detail but I have such faith in unipol (partly because it is a not-for-profit organisation) that I felt safe and secure enough to proceed without scrutiny. I got my full deposit back on time and I would reccomend Unipol to absolutley everyone.

The flat was amazing and maintained constantly by the letting agents, would highly recommend to anyone
