The letting agency was very kind when letting the house as one housemate couldn’t afford it on that day so let us have a few days to sort it out. They also sent me lots of emails regarding the details of the house. Friendly and welcoming, made my moving-in experience so much better emailed me constantly giving me extra information and allowing us to feel like we could go to them if my housemates and I had any problems
