The flat was fully furnished to an incredibly high standard. Wonderful amenities both in common areas and private spaces too – a tv in each room. Responses from the management team is always timely and understanding too.

Big house and got all our concerns done handled with pretty quick. Good location aswel as close to shops, town and nightlife

House was okay! Showers had pretty bad water pressure and it was either boiling or too cold! Letting agents were okay at batting back. Nothing special.

No problems with the agents at all during our tenancy. They were always happy to help and easy to communicate with. The house was also great with lots of space both inside and out.

Have lived in the same property for 3 years now. Property is good size, location and was in very good condition when we begun our tenancy. Since moving in we have had a couple of changes in tenants due to people moving on, the process was very smooth especially with regards to deposit (there have been no dramas). The bills included package is on the pricier side for what you get although we only realised this when we started to manage these ourself. Would recommend the bills included.

Pretty much every time something in the house goes wrong it’s fixed within a day or two. We were given a link to website where we put all the problems and they sort them pretty quick. There were a few things that they said they sorted despite the fact they hadn’t though. They’re also pretty good at telling us when people were coming around for viewings bar one time which gave us a bit of time to prepare. The rent also isn’t too bad and we’re left to ourselves most of the time with barely any visits from the landlord.

Overall sort stuff out in a decent amount of time. Opting to go with them again next year. Overall had a good experience with them

The move up from accommodation to uni home has been a great jump more expensive and different paying way but completely worth it. Clean fast maintenance and deposits get returned at the end

Although it is a nice house, i feel like it could be better equipped in terms of appliances. Furthermore, the garden isn’t as upkept as first told it would be.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the uni, city centre and 5 minute walk from the strip. The house is modernised and shared with 6 people with 4 bathrooms. For the price, cheaper then student accommodation this was perfect.

With my personal experience of student no fee I think they are by far the best housing company in Southampton, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very large, the house is well lit and the showers and bathrooms are very nice aswell. Whenever there has been an issue in the house they always aim to send someone out on the same day or within the same 24 hours and they really care about their tenants.

A nice house to live in, a homely vibe. Student No Fee is a great company to rent from, most issues are sorted very promptly.

I had a very positive experience with this agency. I booked a couple of house tours with them, and we were able to sign the house right away. It was clean when we arrived, and there was a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen, which was really good. Some of the bedrooms were only the smaller side compared to the others, but everything worked, so I can’t complain that much.

I have had a very good experience with this letting agency in Southampton. I really like how big the houses are and that the kitchen and living area are one big space. The only problem we have had is in the bathrooms, and they have come to sort that for us pretty quickly. My bedroom is a good size and comes with a wardrobe and desk, which is really nice.

I had an overall very good experience with this agency; they were very lovely when we initially signed the house. They explained everything very clearly, and they were very good at getting back to us if we had any questions. They occasionally came to the house to do some maintenance work, but they always informed us beforehand. The house itself was very clean when we first got ther,e and we haven’t had any problems.

I had heard from people in older years that this was the best agency to use in Southampton, which is why I picked it. Overall, I didn’t have any problems with them. The people who run it are very lovely and very good at getting things sorted when you need them to. The house is very nice and comes with a good garden. I have really enjoyed being with this agency. The house itself is very big. I wish it had a chest of drawers included in it, as there is only one small wardrobe, and it doesn’t fit very much in it. Apart from that, they have been very good at answering any questions we had, and they mostly just leave us to ourselves.

I have had a really good experience with this agency. The house is really big, with lots of kitchen space and good-sized bedrooms. We have had a couple of issues with certain things, like the washing machin,e but they have always been very good at fixing things, even though it may take them a while to do it.

This letting agency had a really good selection of houses, most of them were well looked after. My house was in good condition when I first moved in and they usually come to solve any issues that we have. The only negative I would have is every other house has wifi included but ours didn’t. The dishwasher and washing machine are old but work well enough.

Have been quick to fix any reported problems, and the staff have been friendly. The house is very nice as well. Quite a few marks on the walls when we moved in, but other than that, the rooms are great.

Really top landlords. Send people out super fast to sort problems, and they fix everything brilliantly. Much preferable to other Southampton groups, which send people who have a smoke in the garden for 4 hours straight.

Good maintenance service- will come and sort out any issues quickly. However did not provide Wifi, and prices are on the more expensive side.

Student no-fee have truly made our renting experience easy. The contract is clear, and they are quick to fix and address maintenance issues. My only complaint would be to do with their policy for losing a key, which they deem a security breach and require you to replace all locks, meaning that losing a key can be very expensive – around £200 for me! so just watch out w that xx

Student no-fee is excellent. They have a massive property portfolio so they are very experienced and have lots of houses to choose from. When there is an issue it is very easy to report it online and they usually have someone round the same day/ the day after to try to fix it. Where their handyman can’t fix it they get someone round very quickly. When my fridge broke they replaced it the next morning which is very speedy for such a large company. The only downside is that they are on the pricier side in Southampton however I feel that their excellent service makes up for this and I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

SNF don’t scam students like many other letting agents in Southampton (Poshpads). And they do everything a letting agent needs to, but it is the bare minimum; they’re not going to try to help you out if it’s not required on the contract, even if it’s something very simple that would have little to no impact on them.
