Maintenance issues that were raised during our tenancy were fixed by the letting agent, but not urgently. They would often take 1-2 weeks to fix any problems. The full deposit was not returned at the end of our tenancy. Due to “cleaning charges”, which were not justified. Especially considering the state of the property when we moved in. The house was not cleaned before the start of our tenancy and some of the last tenants belongings were left in the property. We left the house clean with no damage, 10x better than how we received it. However, Prem Lets still didn’t provide us with our full deposit back even after disputing this with our own evidence. Would not recommend, and would not use again.

Worst agent ever do not use they will scam you out of money

Probably One if the worst letting agencies I’ve come across. Will literally find any excuse to make a bit of money from your deposit. Avoid at all costs.
