House was in good condition when we got there, super quick to respond to any maintenance issues we have and use an app for us to report issues which is easy to use. Contract is clear of what we need to do in the house and our rights.

Very helpful when viewing houses, very friendly and informative. Nice houses and helpful when moving in! Would definitely recommend their services.

Not very good at fixing problems when reported. Reported a leak in October and it wasn’t taken seriously and only just been fixed

Letting agency been hot on maintenance and making sure we keep to the terms of our tenancy agreement. Quick to respond when we need them to and resolve issues in less than a week. Good stuff

Some issues took a significant timeframe to solve. e.g. fixing of tiles in our kitchen took 5 months. However, the team has done a successful job in resolving other issues in the property

The house was quite dirty when we arrived but other than that i’m fine condition. The landlord got back to concerns fairly quickly and nothing took too long to fix. We received the deposit back in full.
