The agency sent out cleaners before moving in which was appreciated. Whenever my flatmates and I need something fixing they are quite slow at sending someone out. It usually takes a couple reminders before someone eventually comes out to fix something. The boiler was leaking when we first moved in. They had someone in the next day but it took a couple days till it was fixed. The landlord is flexible with putting in the cheques in line with student loan coming in which is useful.
