They do the job but they take a while to sort out problems. Also tried to charge cleaning fees on clean rooms after departure, however the issue was easily resolved after appealing the charge.

The house was well maintained and when maintenance issues were reported they were dealt with reasonably quickly and effectively. Although an explanation of the contract was not provided, it was not a complicated document or process to access and read through Docusign. We stayed in the house for two years consecutively and our deposit rolled over to the second year with no issues

Place is maintained well and got improvements in my time there, mostly by the landlord’s volition, but the company itself is quick to respond. The landlord is honestly really nice, and everything about the flat and contract is explained well. Got my deposit back.

Pretty good at responding to requests and problems, although I feel like you don’t get what you pay for. Also our replacement oven was too small
