Great letters, fair price and always on hand to help

Spa estates acquired the property from a landlord, who seemed to be quite aspirational with the accommodation with improvements of a shower and a new carpet by the time we move in. The person who came to show the house was amazing, nice and all round welcoming really selling the house.

It is easy and convenient to send the money for the rents and there is good communication with the landlords. In my case my rent is relatively low and they always helped when I needed anything in the house.

Good sized rooms and kitchen with sofas which is definitely a bonus. However you have to move out at Easter which is really inconvenient.

My landlord has been amazing. He has been very receptive when there is a problem and sometimes comes on the same day as the issue stated. Highly helpful with great cheap prices.

Great proximity to the hockey pitch, tennis centre and athletics track too Overall would highly recommend

Great accomodation, never any substantial issues. Small problems are easily reported and fixed quickly. Location is convenient, no issues with noise whilst still having a strong social aspect.

A decent accommodation especially for its price point. Could use a small refurbishment (replacing carpets, fixing showers, etc.)

For the price it is not amazing value. Sold as being central campus but wouldn’t say it is. Not the most social accommodation especially when there is no social space other than a very small kitchen. Needs renovating definitely.

Great pricing in general, good location (being on campus) – nice socially, near facilities and a good looking campus in general.

Great letting agency and great accommodation for second year, ideally located and not to far from the uni, with many bus stops nearby.

AV was pretty good, beds weren’t great though.

The estate agents made the moving in process more complicated than it needed to be by leaving a single bed in a room when we requested for it to be taken out. It then took weeks for the request to be met. Then, we started experience mould around the house and it took weeks to get this sorted. Finally, our shower was a cause for a lot of the mould so they told us not to use it until it was fixed and it took them almost two months to do that.

First day couldn’t have been much worse. A lot of drama at the start of term arriving to my house for the next year which had no working shower amongst other issues. The next few weeks were a mess demanding things to change but with some help all has been fine since. Since these incidents our landlord has been fine and more helpful

Although the letting agency was able to find a suitable rental property for me, the process was marred by some unresponsiveness and a lack of transparency regarding fees and charges. While I was eventually able to get the information I needed, the experience left me feeling somewhat frustrated.

House was in great shape when we moved in. Any issues that arose were quickly fixed by Belvoir. The contracts were clear and concise, with helpful staff that helped solve any problems.
