Cintra Estates – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

We used Cintra Estates when we were looking for our 2nd year student house which we are still living in in our final year. They were super helpful in finding houses for rent in the student area that included things we were looking for and were flexible in arranging house viewings for when we were all free!

We deal with most of our household issues through the landlord but whenever we’ve been in contact with the estate agents they are fairly quick to respond.

They were quick to reply when we had any questions over the phone. The contract was clearly laid out and they were knowledgeable about our rights as tenants

They’re a bit disorganised but never had major problems with them!!

When finding a house for second-year Cintra estates was very useful! They showed me around several houses to try and cater to my needs and what I was looking for. It was very easy to sign the contract for the house and pay the deposit once we found one we liked and it was all easy and clear!

The house was in a bad state when we first moved in. Multiple beds were broken, paint was peeling, cupboards were broken, and there was mould all over the house. It would take multiple months for anyone to even look at the problems in the house. Cintra did not fully explain the contract and overall we didn’t entirely know our rights as tenants. No one in the house received their full deposits back but that’s due to one of the tenants not paying rent for many months.

They were really helpful in finding a place to live in my second year. They asked what I was looking for gave a variation of options and always made an effort to show more houses that we hadn’t requested to see but might be interested in. Great job!
