booking a house was made really simple and we were shown a good selection. The company is quite slow with responses to emails and I have heard that people have had some issues with the company but personally I havent experienced anything really negative.

Had a decent experience renting with purple frog. The letting agents were friendly and helpful, although sometimes responses were a bit slow. Maintenance requets were done but not always straight away.

Very useful and clear when sorting out the housing contract and admin side of things before moving in. After we moved in we had direct contact with the landlord and sorted pretty much everything without purple frog involvement, so can’t speak for how they are there.

letting agency was useful but late on arrival showed us other options of properties and took us to office to show online options- however they were still unsure about some options

The maintenance requests are completed fast, no faff. They offered us a ten month contract so no complaints here!

Purple Frog were very easy to contact and efficient with forms etc. Our landlord manages the property herself so we don’t have to deal with them as much now.

Purple Frog responds to any maintenance requests very quickly however it takes them a long time to complete the task, and they often say that they have done the task when it hasn’t been completed. The house was in good condition when we arrived and we have a cleaner that comes now and then which is a nice touch.

We were renting a 4 bed hat in selly oak. Generally purple frog were good, they were relatively ok at responding to any maintenance issues. There were some complications however getting our full deposit back and also evidence of our rent for council tax. This was tricky at the end of the year. Other than that though they were good
