They have been quick to attempt to solve issues with the house, however, there’s an ongoing issue with the boiler and the ability to adjust shower temperatures and they have not been as willing to get a professional in to sort this out. The process of acquiring the house was good, however, they had recently realised they hadn’t maintained guarantor forms for either our house this year or the next year’s house, which does make them seem a bit incompetent. But overall not too bad.
