Quick responses and good at giving available showings. Really friendly. Could potentially ask current students living in house to be a bit tidier when we were shown the house but overall a very good experience

King and Co worked very hard to find a house that suited our group’s wants and were very quick to show us around. The previous tenants had lived there for four years and were very sad to be leaving, showing how well king and Co have looked after them and the house. They were incredibly quick to respond to any messages and queries we had and were very patient when we had some problems getting the deposit. Cannot wait to live there.

We had a great experience with our letting agent while securing our house for second year at uni. They were always quick to respond and super helpful whenever we had questions. The viewings were really well organised and they also made signing the contract straightforward and easy. Overall, a really positive experience.

The house was in very good condition when we moved in, having been cleaned and repainted by the landlords. They are always easy to contact, coming to fix and issues within 1-2 days and always give us enough notice before arriving. We contact directly to our landlords rather than the agency, meaning we had easier contact with them. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been with king and co now for four years, they have been really good each year. They are excellent at getting stuff sorted quickly and sending someone out to you if needed. We’ve had a variety of problems over the years I’ve been in rented houses and they’ve been good for all of different things including plumbing, electrical and various other issues. They are also decent in terms of pricing for houses and have a large variety of types of houses and what you might be wanting. I’ve been in a 5, 6 and 7 and we’ve always managed to find something that is affordable but also a nice house.

This letting agency is great and are easy to work with. They are quick at getting back to you and sorts issues in a timely manner.

King and Co advertised a house which is run by a selly based landlord. cannot say how much easier/nicer it works out when you landlord is based in selly- like quite a few of king and co’s

Really pleased with King and Co as my letting agent! They’re super quick to reply to emails and maintenance issues get resolved quickly. I would say communication about house viewings could be improved as timings were very vague. But other than that they’re super happy to help and friendly!

This house is very well maintained and if there is any issues they handyman comes with in next 48hrs to fix the issue – no problem is too big or small and they always want to fix it. The estate agents are also great at replying to emails and queries and are usually mostly solved.

The letting agent is quick to send people to fix any problems. We had a problem with our boiler, so they fitted a new one and fixed our oven the day after we told them it was broken. It did take a while to replace the boiler, but a new one was installed and works well.

My house was maintained over the summer very well, there was no issues when we moved in. They respond to our reported issues relatively well. They communicate with the landlord very efficiently to get any problems sorted.

King&co have been great in responding to any problems regarding our house. They have been quick, efficient and polite. Have always given good notice before viewings.

King and Co maintenance team are good in terms of small issues, when you report most issues they come within 48 hours and sort it out e.g lightbulbs, oven faults, bathroom fans. However, we have had a serious leak all year. Heavy rain goes straight through our ceiling creating a rainfall into our kitchen. They have came out a couple times to sort the issue but not yet fixed. In the long term I expect the wood in the ceiling to rot and fall through. Luckily im not living here next year. Despite this before our tenancy they replaced sofas, kitchen surface carpets and repainted the whole house. Will be interesting to see about the leek in the long term
